Michael_Scotti_Sr.png

Scotti Insurance was founded by Michael R. Scotti in 1947 and has been a staple of Winchester ever since.  Michael Sr. was a proud member of the Rotary International, Ancients and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts, and was a classic auto enthusiast.

Michael's Legacy lives on through his son, who now quarterbacks the agency.

Michael P. Scotti

President

An expert in industry trends and licensed since 1991, Michael focuses on working on commercial lines with restaurants, taverns, contractors, as well as personal insurance. He’s also a Certified Insurance Counselor and with education experience from Suffolk University.

Lynn

Lynn D. Scotti

Treasurer

Formally the president of Insurer’s Risk Services, Lynn came aboard in 1985. Lynn previously worked as an office manager in an insurance consulting firm. Lynn has been licensed since 1992 and currently works in the accounting and human resources departments.

Vinny

Vincent Galise

Commercial Lines Account Rep.

Vincent has been in the insurance business since 1991 and licensed since 1993. Vinny is extremely well-versed in both commercial lines and personal lines insurance. Vincent attended Northeastern University and continues to further his knowledge through ongoing continuing education.
Sharron

Sharon Ford

Commercial Lines Account Rep.

Sharon previously worked as a commercial underwriter for a large regional insurance carrier for over 20 years. Sharon has been a member of the Scotti Insurance team since 2003. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of commercial insurance. Sharon is a graduate of UMass.

Donna Gaeta

Personal Lines Manager

Donna has been in the insurance business for over 12 years, consistently servicing her clients at the highest level.  Her attention to detail and cheery personality make her very popular with our clients.  Donna cares about her clients and it shows through her daily dedication & the smiles she puts on their faces.

Paul

Paul Muniz

Commercial Lines Account Rep.

Paul has been in the insurance business for 12 years. He Joined Scotti Insurance in November 2016 after 10 years with a leading E&S carrier in Boston. Paul is a 2004 graduate of Niagara University, and holds a property/casualty/surplus lines license. 
Nancy

Nancy Burgess

Personal Lines Account Rep.

Nancy has been a valuable member of the Scotti Insurance team since 2001. In addition to bringing smiles to the office, Nancy assists our personal lines clients with billing questions and general inquiries.

Jackie

Jacqueline Puglia

Personal Lines Account Rep.

Jacqueline dove into the insurance industry 30 years ago and never looked back! She gained her experience working for major companies such as AIG and Safety insurance until recently jumping over to the independent agent channel. As a personal lines rep, each day brings Jacqueline an opportunity to interact with customers and help them solve their problems. Scotti Insurance is proud to have Jacqueline on our side!

Ann Penachio

Accounting/Bookkeeper

Ann has been a valuable employee of Scotti Insurance since 1980. While Ann is known as one of the most positive influences in our office, she also handles accounts receivables and billing transactions with our carriers and clients.

Janice Murphy

Commercial Lines Support Tech.

Janice has been a valuable member of the Scotti Insurance team since 2001. Janice assists our commercial lines clients with billing questions and general inquiries.
